Day 3

It was windy. 20 - 30 knots all day. Blade up the whole time. Lots of carnage on the race cource.

"Racing's haarrrdddd".

"Oh look a keel".

Fortunately for Rex, no wipe outs, no breakage, and they flew their kite the whole time. Y flag up all day (which means it's mandatory to wear your life jacket). Many keyholes spotted.

I was able to get out on a boat to take some pictures, but since it was a 46 foot racing boat and it was windy with big waves, we weren't able to get really close.


Rex:
