The Worlds. Day 1 (Jan. 16)
Day 1 of the J24 Worlds. Between 7 - 10 knots of shifty breeze and choppy water. After 3 races (finishing 31st, 10th, and 11th) Rex is 15th overall out of 40 boats.
Day 2 conditions: a typical thermal coming in. 15 - 20 knots, gusting higher. Results remain to be seen. The boys spent the weekend engaged in a slump buster. Actually, it started Friday afternoon and was carried over to Saturday. Sunday they worked on the boat and measured in for the Worlds. They cover up the charter boat logo with one of their own.
